ONLINE STORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

§1

GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. These Terms and Conditions govern the operation of the online store available at www.mvrshopp.com (hereinafter: the “Store”).
  2. The Store conducts international sales within the European Union in accordance with applicable EU and Polish law.
  3. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for concluding and terminating sales contracts, complaint procedures, and the provision of electronic services.
  4. By using the Store, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  5. In matters not regulated herein, the following laws shall apply:
    • Polish law,
    • mandatory provisions of European Union consumer protection law, in particular Directive 2011/83/EU and Directive (EU) 2019/771.

PRODUCTS AND ORDERS

  1. All Products offered are new, lawful, and compliant with EU regulations.
  2. Product descriptions do not constitute a legally binding offer.
  3. Prices are shown in EUR and include all applicable taxes.
  4. Delivery costs are calculated separately during checkout.
  5. Orders may be placed 24/7 via the online Order Form.

§4

CONCLUSION OF THE SALES CONTRACT

  1. A Sales Contract is concluded once the Seller confirms the Order by email.
  2. The confirmation email includes:
    • order details,
    • withdrawal form,
    • these Terms and Conditions.
  3. The contract is concluded in English.

§5

PAYMENT METHODS

  1. Payments are made via secure electronic payment providers.
  2. Payment must be completed before order processing.
  3. Failure to pay within 2 business days may result in order cancellation.

DELIVERY

  1. Delivery is available within the European Union only.
  2. Order processing time: up to 7 business days.
  3. Delivery is carried out by courier services.
  4. Risk passes to the Consumer upon delivery.

§7

CONFORMITY OF GOODS & COMPLAINTS (EU LAW COMPLIANT)

  1. The Seller is liable for lack of conformity existing at delivery and revealed within 2 years, pursuant to Directive (EU) 2019/771.
  2. Complaints may be submitted via:

    • post: Seller’s address
  3. The Seller will respond within 14 days.
  4. Remedies include repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS – EU STANDARD)

  1. Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

  3. Refunds are made within 14 days using the same payment method.
  4. The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or made-to-order Products.
